I have just seen Mark Metcalfe, the man that floats on air, on a video cycling… whatever next! Mark led the York Acorn organised Knavesmire 10k to a very hot start. Read all about it in Matt Rylatt’s report – well done to all.
Bishop Wilton 10k report, 8 June 2010
The lousy weather did not dampen the spirits of York Acorn and there was another great turn out for the third of the York and District Road Race League last night up at Bishop Wilton. Once again we (the very royal ‘we’ as I am still on the injury bench) had an amazing night and Mark Metcalfe stormed home in second place. Last night saw the second of the York & District Road Race League races take place in Easingwold.
